This is the only case study I know of but there are probably more. Look into "parapsychology"
I don't put too much stock into it, but they're at least attempting to be scientific

While the old religious arguments for the afterlife are strong in their own right, it remains still difficult for us moderns to be convinced by them in light of the scientism that grips our civilization and influences our thought processes whether we like it or not. Therefore I’ve found the field of parapsychology very interesting because it applies the scientific method to otherwise supernatural phenomena. The guys investigating this stuff are college educated phds, but when they stray from the orthodoxy they get predictably condemned. It’s seems though that science and spirituality are not irreconcilable, something of course many wise men of the past knew.

I’ve been checking out the work of Ian Stevenson lately, who did thousands of case studies regarding reincarnation. Reading some of pic related was for me proof that reincarnation is real.
