What did he mean by this?
Is he implying there are other gods besides him?
If so why did he create them?

The first half is about pic related and his kids going around and stealing/killing/lying/raping/etc anyone who's not a member of his chosen peoples.

The second half is about a rape baby pretending to be pic related's avatar and scamming people with faith healing and how he's brought to justice for his ponzi scheme. After that it's the story of how the other members of the scheme branch out and start the first church. At the end it's some omega virgins fantasy about how everyone who's not a member of the church is going to suffer in every way imaginable and about how jelly they all will be when pic related returns.
