It goes well, thanks, anon! 40,000 words in now. I'm writing a story about an alternate history where tanks are anthromorphised as sexy girls in love with their commanders Kancolle-style, that covers wars from WW2 to the present day all through the perspective of famous tanks - the first Chinese tank, a Churchill in the 1942 North Africa campaign, a Soviet tank in Vietnam, an American Abrams in the Gulf War, etc. It's really fun to take such a terrible idea and try to write it as seriously and artistically as possible.
