This martial ruling class would necessarily subvert the bourgeoisie to their will just as they have in nearly ever pre-capitalist mode of production that's existed, depriving the bourgeousie of their agency through force. Capitalists who don't submit to the will of the martial class are simply replaced with capitalists who will, like the burghers of old.
