It's actually really simple. The father, the son and the holy spirit are three different ways of perceiving the same being.

The father is God in heaven. The son is the human body he puppeteered two thousand years ago. The holy spirit is God's invisible hand with which he interacts with us today.

If you have access to a game console and two controllers, you too can experience being a trinity. Boot up super smash brothers and give yourself control of two virtual bodies: in this metaphor, that's the son and the holy spirit. The body you use to control the others represents the father.

The point is that the meaning of the word "male" or "female" is completely arbitrary and only a feature of whatever linguistic community you are operating in or even however you are personally using it. What are the necessary and sufficient conditions for being male or female? Words don't have an objective meaning or refer to some transcendent essense so this question is unanswerable. If you define male as having male chromosomes, then transgender women would be men. If you define it in some other way then they will not be. There is no disagreement on the facts here, everybody knows that transgender women are biologically male and have male chromosomes, the question is only the arbitrary question of what constitutes maleness and femaleness which comes down to the definition of words. You can define words however you like as long as you make it clear how you are using them.
