I have a lot but I strictly adhere to first editions. I have a complete history of middle earth 1st edition set. It’s worth maybe $1,000. That’s as far as I’ll go right now. I know people that collect everything Tolkien related even just things his name pops up in as an editor or if he wrote a blurb dating all the way back to the 1920s. Tolkien fanatics go far beyond myself. I like to collect more than just Tolkien so I can’t only buy Tolkien stuff like they do.
