It was about a serial killer who goes to Monaco (or a similar place) and kills a bunch of women. The only murder I remember is the dude (who's in his 50s or so) threatens to kill a young woman with a gun if she doesn't listen to him and the young woman (who was Spanish or similar) remembers just this morning she and her boyfriend came together and how there's so much to live for. After the old guy is done telling his story, he kills her anyway with a knife and leaves her so that nobody could realise she was dead until after he took his flight
