What’s the meme about Valeria infecting Brüks with her own version of Portia? Moore mentions his returning cancer earlier and so her injecting him with antineoplastics seems fairly normal

Is it merely his accelerated post-humanist decent after injection (assuming no slight time jump before the final chapter- and could this acceleration merely be due to her death?)

Is her letting him kill her only because she’s passed on her altered form of Portia and thus can die happy?
