Until a few years ago most of my dreams were about myself. That gradually changed to a different version of myself, often happening in places I’ve never been to, where I interact with people I’ve never met (I rarely see my friends and family in my dreams anymore). Sometimes my self isn’t even present - I’m like a camera panning around different scenes. Is there a reason for this?
