Etc.

I recommend starting with books for teens as they are more gripping than books for kids but easier to read than what usually gets recommended here.

Kafka is good because his stories are mostly < 50 pages long

À rebours is just a good book

Start with 1 page per day then double it by the next week and so on and so on

(Also: pic is what you should have read in your life; work towards that)
