i wonder if we had the same deduction:
firstly the smallest block alternates corners, so the small block must be at the bottom. meaning it must be 1,3,or 4
then the other horizontal blocks are moving to left from smallest to largest and then returning, which means the largest must be left and the second largest block must be on the right, which knocks out 3 and 4 leaving 1
the dots don't appear to be moving but are increasing in number and are simply obscured by the blocks.
The next block would be like pic related except with one more hole somewhere i think
