I had a conversation with a Venezuelan woman on the internet yesterday. She said my use of the Spanish subjunctive mood was grammatically correct but wholly unnatural, so that felt pretty good

I really want to be at a point where I can read Latin American /lit/ as it was meant to be read - I know I'll always need a dictionary, but even the grammar still stumps me sometimes.
