Are there any books that use language as a means of learning or using cognitive or "magic" abilities?
In "Story fo Your Life" people can learn to see time itself in a non-sequential way, seeing all that happens. In Harry Potter theoretically you can use special words to do alter reality.
What are some other books that use language in this way?
