i was gonna do the middle building first but i realized its be easier to do the on on the side first. i used the box tool to make big box to represent the window and a small one to be the space between, selected it and copy/pasted a row of them. then i used the the line to connect the spacers to a vanishing point, all the extra lines on top with the road and sidewalk, and just cropped the picture so the spacers on the side werent in it. then i copied the whole thing and used flipped it horizontally (to do this you right click after pasting, its under "rotate" for some reason). as you can imagine the middle building was much of the same. pulled up a picture of spiderman for the climber.
