Came here to post this. The /lit/test state of mind is when you're slightly coming down from a 9 days amphetamine binge where you snorted alone and continuously an insane amount of unidentified research chemicals (anything with a name ending in -phenydate), smoking so many cigarettes you completely lost your sense of taste and half-reading an ever-growing number of esoteric/long-disproved non-fiction books about entirely different subjects, where the combined lack of sleep and the drugs make you think that you have finally cracked the mysteries of the universe, looking like that meme in pic related. A bit sad but still glad I've put that beyond me, though

One of my professors actually told me about this once. 50-60 years ago academics like Mercuse and Ellul could get away with saying anti-establishment stuff, but today you lose your job if you do that. The establishment has adopted a false social progressivism (think that Pepsi ad with Kendel Jenner) so anything that goes against the establishment can be branded either sectional extremism or backward conservatism. We've been gypted.

I think I am, but I'm not too educated on the subject to say that I'm really using the term correctly with any authority. If I'm understanding this right, where psychoanalysis attempts to explain a broad range of thought/behavior/emotion by reducing them to expressions of a few (somewhat) unconscious functions, schizoanalysis explains the same with increasing complexity, whereas each "explanation" becomes convoluted and conspiratorial. I understand schizoanalysis as being a sort of deduction to counter psychoanalysis' induction, except free of theoretical constraints that would allow you to approach anything resembling a conclusion. Does that sound right? if so, I'm interested in discussing books that you could say had "potential for schizoanalysis," or maybe just something where I look like pic related by the end of reading.
