Maybe kinda of sort of but not really. If you mean hyperborea as some magical d&d world or advanced civilization than likely no. But when reading things like the Vedas there is references to an original homeland indo-aryan homeland in the far north. Some have speculated that this homeland whatever you want to call it could be a reference to even older Ancient North Eurasian folk memories of Siberia. I’m not personally convinced but it is cool to think about. We do know other myths and cultural relics of the ANE people have survived up till modern times so it’s not impossible.
