The problem is with the reading plan
Mesopotamians -> Egyptians -> Pre-Socratics -> Torah & Former Prophets -> Plato -> Aristotle -> Latter Prophets & Writings -> New Testament -> Apostolic Fathers -> Augustine -> Aquinas -> whatever you are interested in, now having a firm grasp on what Truth is, its nature, how to discern it, and how to articulate arguments for or against other paradigms

You could also say that a big issue is not having a main lens through which to analyze various claims to explain truth, or the lack thereof. The solution is the Holy Spirit, so ask Him to come and guide you "into all truth".

Does it concern you at all that you share this viewpoint with countless Jewish revolutionaries through history, like Wilhelm Reich, who all desired to erode the moral fabric of Christian society?
