The best two race realist books that are still current are probably The 10,000 Year Explosion and Who We Are and How We Got Here. A Troublesome Inheritance is worth reading too.

Why Race Matters and Race the Reality of Human Difference are good not so much because they discuss the concept of race per se but because they examine it in relation to contemporary issues

Race Evolution and Behavior is often mentioned, but frankly is not very good imho

Well worth familiarizing yourself with popgen research as well. To do that I recommend Razib Khan's content, especially gnxp.com. Research advances extremely quickly in the field, so even excellent books from 20 years ago like The History and Geography of Human Genes are dated at this point, and not really worth reading
