I go well with beer from kegs,
And fit your condiment needs.

Deliciously creamy and smooth,
Spirit vinegar, xanthan gum.
Display me in the Louvre,
Or spread me with your thumb.
Find me in kitchens or Whetherspoons,
And read my ingredients whilst you wait;
Write a poem in the afternoon,
And question why your dinner’s late.
