I used to have that problem. I'd get frustrated for no reason whenever I sat down to read a book. I couldn't get through 2 pages. I still can't do it in front of people for some reason so I have to be on my own.

I took a huge break this summer and didn't read any books at all, and when I came back I was fine and could read normally. It just stopped.

Don't worry about it. Try reading a controversial or really explicit book. There's a reason everyone's read American Psycho, it's because it's easy to read and it sucks you in. Try reading laughably bad fiction and pick it apart. You'll get use to it.
