Since I was about twelve I’ve been nothing but a film buff, but these last few years I’ve been reading more and more novels and it’s gotten to the point I can’t watch a movie anymore, especially during the rice rabies epidemic. The last great movie I’ve seen was First Reformed. Does anyone feel similar? Is literature inherently superior to film?

I accidentally wrote 30 pages of snow crash the last time I tried writing, never having read snow crash. So no.

So I read the first few pages of snow crash today. Apparently last year during burgerpunk I wrote the first 30 pages of snow crash when I tried writing a book. Ironic Scifi pizza delivery man with similar tech and naming scheme. Seems like neal stephenson was 30 years ahead of me.
