Nihilism is the ultimate form of philosophy. When you reach the understanding of stoicism and skepticism, you understand how futile is the race for knowledge - many people stops there. It is, truly, the great pleb filter. One either steps back from there, or reach further, abandoning all the illusions of the world.

There are no values in every aspects of life: you can't really know anything, you can't explain existence, there's no good or bad, and last but not least, there's no meaning of life itself.

You either reach this stage of understanding, or let yourself be fooled by illusions. Religion is for the weak minden who can't accept the meaninglessness of existence. Science is for those who want answers, yet they search is ultimately futile - a neverending quest for knowledge that is also meaningless.

Let's discuss this.
