Basically it would be one of those Made in Chelsea fake reality shows. It would keep the upper class setting and the obviously manufactured "reality" format. But Zizek would be one of the characters (his incongruous presence among 20 year olds in trendy bars would be unexplained). And every 10 minutes or something, he'd interrupt one of his conversations with the characters to break the 4th wall and start giving mini lectures on stuff.

i.e. he could be with these people in Starbucks and then when the fair trade stuff comes up he gives his starbucks / fair trade speech.
