Stop peddling this hoax, it's embarrassing.
1) Pre-Islamic Arabic poetry exists and attests to the language of the Qur'an.
2) The Qur'an was already memorized by thousands of people during and after Muhammad's life. The only reason it was officially codified (within a generation of Muhammad's death) was because Uthman discovered many Hafiz had died in battle and he wanted to make sure that it was preserved in whole.
3) If Uthman had canonized a Qur'an that was even off by a letter there would have been massive uprising, most notably from the Shi'itu Ali, and Uthman would've been ousted in a second. But that didn't happen because, as the Muslims say, the Qur'an was intentionally preserved in totality.
