well i haven't read it in a long time OP but i'll try and help you as best you can, basically:

his subjects regard him as a lazy cunt especially when you see that he posts on /lit/ about his fucking homework like a retard

there's a lot of hate in this thread and i think it's detrimental to the board and the quality of it's content as a whole.

let me clear something up for you.

you can not legally be given a placebo without knowing there is a possibility you might recieve one. You have to sign a waver saying you are okay with participating in a study where you might recieve a placebo.

every drug you are perscribed is real and should work.

you should have been on 10mg's for one month then upped the dosage
if they haven't done this then request they do, also ask if you should go onto citalopram, 10mg's for a while again and then working up.

This will allow your brain to create more dopamine and SSRI's, this in turn will make you feel better, although you will feel ill for about 2 weeks as your body is forced to create these neurotransmitters.

Feeling like you're a burden to people is a sign of depression, google a depression checklist and if you tick more than 7 boxes see a doctor. Urgently.

Stopping socialising gradually is another sign of depression, and i suggest you treat this as your preliminary condition right now, at least until you get checked out.
