Try to accept reality, accept pleasure, accept experiences and move on from le doomerism. Realizing that the world is pretty bad is part of life but so is move on. You can't get stuck and tell yourself you can't do anything because the way the world happens to be. The world is indifferent to you, and you should be indifferent to the world. Waiting for the entire universe to change and to fit your arbitrary standards in order to be content is ridiculous.
If the world truly is so bad then why does it matter if you, instead of crying about it, had fun and were indifferent to the so cruel world?
