the prose is dry as plywood, all characters blend into one, but the premise is kinda cool. should i keep going? does it get any better? the first battle scene was so fucking disappointing i cant even, how the fuck can you fuck up such an interesting concept that one guy of ancient race sitting in his flying fortress defeat a whole army of organized mages and soldiers by making it seem like the most boring shit ever written? it was the only thing that kept me going for those 70 pages before it began, but once it did, i was constantly thinking "thats it? THATS FUCKING IT?!". jesus christ i am so fucking disappointed right now
