Start with the Greeks. If you want a full view, read thr Iliad and the Odyssey, optionally Hesiod, and even less obligatorily, the playwrights. If you want to quickly get in, just skip all of the above, or as much as you want, with the importance dictated by the order they appear.

To get into Plato for philosophy, you can follow the order of this image, but try to read 1 Alcibiades first (or right before Meno) and Phaedo right after Crito. So your first reading might look like

There is no correct order, but I recommend
>Euthyphro (Socrates is called to trial for dabbing on too many elites)
>Apology (Socrates makes his case)
>Crito (He's been convicted and sentenced to death, and his old friend visits him after court)
>Phaedo (Socrates dies)
If you want a more narrative order, read the following first, and the above next. Generally the above is chosen first because it demonstrates who Socrates is better than these, but if you are the type to re-read, it doesn't matter:
>Meno (Socrates talks about virtue, pisses Anytus off who later bands with Meletus and a few others to convict him)
>Gorgias (This is where Socrates seriously pisses off Gorgias, Polus, and Callicles, more individuals that decide they want him dead)
>Symposium (About love. Lots of people get filtered here: Note that Socrates and by extension Plato are the first praise heterosexual love and Socrates condemns homosexual union. This is also why the Christians like Plato, because unlike the other Greek writers they burned, Socrates and Plato were ancient homophobes. It also ends with Alcibiades complaining that Socrates won't bed him, but is instead trying to foster the love of the soul.)
