However, you wrote "intellectual" dialogue, not "intelligent". So if you mean using all the big words and meaningless phrases people use when they want to show off, yeah, you'd find that rarely in those people that you tend to classify as "lower class". Those who were forced into or choose a life apart from what society considers "upper class" are either stupid or brillant.
