it's more than enough, J.D. Sallinger had between 111 and 115 and he wrote a canonical work. but bear in mind that distilled talent or intelligence doesn't mean much, in the maths department I've met people with IQs orders of magnitude larger than both mine and yours who had problems with uttering a simple sentence and would have never been able to write a canonical novel even at gunpoint so I think it boils down to your personality/erudition rather than intelligence
