I got these yesterday. Steppenwolf is amazing and timeless.

I'm trying to read more and realized that my vocabulary and attention span has gone to shit since I haven't read seriously since high school. I'm also planning to quit video games and pick up reading as a hobby. My goals are to have fun reading, develop better diction in speech and writing, increase my attention span, and get better at critically analyzing abstract things (I was trained as an engineer, but I feel like I degraded my vocabulary by having only read technical books for the past few years). I used to be a decent writer in high school.

So, in my excitement, I went through the recommended reading list and picked up these books today. Going to start with some sci-fi and some modern classics.

Did I do good /lit/?
