Don't ever fucking punch someone in the face unless you're in danger. It's a lot easier to break someone's entire jaw which requires dangerous and destructive surgery, not even talking about the fact that the person can lose consciousness, fall back and crack his skull on the pavement.

So no, it's never ok to punch anyone in the face because the outcome can fuck up the lives of both the puncher and the person getting punched.
