This quote is retarded. Sure a female genius is admirable in a sense, but from a simple practical standpoint she will be (by statistical average) inferior in genius to a male genius. Likewise a mediocre king is vastly more important to social order than a perfect farmer. This sounds like borderline participation medal philosophy; "what matters is not results, it's that you did *your* best." The world does not skew standards in such a relative fashion, the only way this quote is perhaps somewhat applicable is if you're evaluating character rather than substance.
