When i pay for a book what i buy is entertainment. Hours and hours of entertainment.
I'm not paying $30 dollars for a 170 page novella with a fancy cover and a black and white picture of the writer in the back that i can read in a day.
I prefer the $40 dollar 1000+ pages doorstopper that i can satisfy my need for entertainment and intellectual curiosity written by a literal schizo with an obsession for words.
