How do you choose what to read next when you finish a book ?

My barber shop has pretty good selection of books.
There are the Collected works of Goethe, most of Dumas' novels, some Kafka, Cervantes, Dante, Manzoni, Hemingway, Dostoevskij...
I always go on saturday afternoon when there's a lot to wait so that I can read for 1 hour or two.
