It’s been a known fact that more and more people are reading less as time go on, so my question for you is this: How do we get children and teenagers to read more books?

I’ve thought about using the latest fads they’re interested in, like TikTok, virtual YouTubers, instagram, etc.

What do you think? Here’s a few examples.

How do we get younger people to read the classics, /lit/. It's no secret that more and more people are no longer reading books anymore and interest in literature is dying. How can we reverse this trend and have the younger generation read classic literature? I propose we use a vtuber, for reasons unknown, zoomers are becoming infatuated with them, why don't we use that to trick them into reading? There's already one that's doing book reviews of classics.

I like her books reviews, I also like that she also reads contemporary books and gives her honest opinion about them. Really makes me interested in the whole Vtuber thing.

Ever since the invention of the radio, cinema, and television, literature and books were rendered obsolete and has been dying ever since. The question I ask if you today is How do we get boys to read at an early age, /lit/? Recent studies have shown that they direct less time than girls to process words, that they’re more prone to skipping passages or entire sections of books, and that they frequently pick books that are beneath their reading levels.

Have any of you guys thought of a plan to make reading more fun for boys or at the very least, try to reverse the trend?

I thought about using a Vtuber to appeal to them to read more.

There is if we start using vtubers to do classic book reviews to incentive boys to read them.
