/lit/ - Literature

I had some free time today so I just sat down and wrote about 3,000 words in about 2 hours. I guess that's about one chapter unless this remains a short story. It has a beginning, middle, and end, and it makes me happy.

Who cares? It was fun, and the main characters were my wife and I, plus our couple friends fighting against the forces of evil led by the Skeleton Prince using our skills empowered by sacramental Christianity. They'll think it's fun, so I'm gonna print off a copy and send it in the mail. Maybe my friend will write the next chapter and we'll go back and forth.

Anyone here ever do something like that? We've been sending each other letters by mail, but I wanted to put the first foot forward and write something we can maybe have a shared universe in.

Dark worlds totally haven't gotten trite yet edition.
