What does /lit/ think of this book?

I didn't get most of the references but it was still a really entertaining read.

So far I got:
Ernest Cline - Ready Player One
Ray Kurzweil - The Singularity Is Near- When Humans Transcend Biology

Just finished this. Have you read it? what are your thoughts on it?

I think the first part is good, the second is shit and the third makes worth it. And is stuffed of "references", I'm ok with that but i think sometimes it feels like it's too much.

Hey /lit/. I finished "Ready Player One" a few days ago. And, I'm probably gonna get a lot of hate for this, but, I really hated it. What about you? Did you enjoy it, or not? Thoughts? Comments? Questions?

I just started reading this after hearing good reviews and seeing that Spielberg is going to direct it's movie adaptation.

So far I'm 44 pages in and it is just... trash. The dialog, the Gary-Stu main character... Does it ever get better?

What is this? Is it good?
