I mean I'm not entirely sure what you are talking about. Do you mean describing a migraine? That sort of mental state? Or do you mean describing something like the phenomenon of mono no aware as it happens?

Most likely I would just say you need to think about what made that feeling come out in you and then tell the reader. You can tell them through very specific details what the feeling was like, or you can tell them through very specific details what happened (which you know made you feel this thing, and hopefully reading about this situation will make them feel it too). Or both.

There are probably many many many authors who have tried what you are describing.
