I've had two breakdowns in the past 4 days. I feel like I'm getting so close to finally leaving the hell that is an empty Body without organs which I was forced into about 5 years ago.

I'm 20, got a concussion and self isolated myself after and just autistically read all day while studying on the side. I sold every form of entertainment/hobby and now my room is just a bed, protein powder, a kindle and some books. Since you're 27 with your life together starting now is pretty optimal. I feel unnatural, like I had this dream the other day where I was a non physically-comprehendible humanoid-being in a dark room staring at a floating light. I also remembered a memory I have before being born which physicalised my subconscious into two entry-ways at the start of the year. Help me.
