>"Objective" and "Academic" Christcucks claim NASB translation is good

I'm sick of you larping christian pseuds choosing Bibles based on your fragile faith and insecurity. NOG Bible easily comes out ahead of NASB

Exodus 6:3
>NASB - and I appeared to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, as God Almighty, but by My name, Lord, I did not make Myself known to them.
>NOG - I appeared to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as El Shadday, but I didn’t make myself known to them by my name, Yahweh

Oh look, clear propagandist mistranslation in NASB to obscure the canaanite religion yahwehism sprouted from

Ezekiel 23:20
>NASB - She lusted after their paramours, whose flesh is like the flesh of donkeys and whose issue is like the issue of horses
>NOG - She lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose semen was like that of horses.

NASB translators literally too prude to approach the text they supposedly care so much about, they have to sterilize dick talk

Psalm 82:1
>NASB - His stand in His own congregation; He judges in the midst of the rulers.
>NOG - Elohim takes his place in his own assembly. He pronounces judgment among the gods:

Seeing a pattern?

And yet so many people swear by this farce, the NASB.
But I am not happy entirely with NOG, see:
Matthew 27:11
>NASB - Now Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor questioned Him, saying, “Are You the King of the Jews?” And Jesus said to him, “It is as you say.”
>NOG - Yeshua stood in front of the governor, Pilate. The governor asked him, “Are you the king of the Jews?” “Yes, I am,” Yeshua answered.

A clear affirmative from Jesus is retarded, Jesus was an evasive sophist through and through.
So /lit/, what is the best English translation?

>currently teetering between atheism & agnosticism at the moment
>now feel compelled for some strange reason to (attempt to) read the Bible in full to see if it will convince me of becoming a born-again Christian

I know it's not the most popular translation, but will I still be able to get the most out of reading the Bible, as a beginner, by reading the NASB translation? (it's the only translation I have at my disposal)

Or should I wait & get myself a copy of the KJV?
