accidentally had a nap and now im suicidal

i haven't really had a friend in 10 years, for a long time i thought i was a misanthrope but i've recently realized that was just a cope for social anxiety
now i want to have friends but i don't know how to make it happen at all, where i work everyone is either much younger or much older than me so even though im friendly with people there isn't really a way to turn it into friends outside of work
i also live with my parents and desperately want to move out but am afraid that i'll have zero social contact if i do and will go mental (which sort of did happen when i lived on my own at university for my final year)
