I was hired as part time a few months ago but have been working nearly 40 hour weeks due to understaffing. It’s a shitty job and they regularly assign me the shifts and tasks nobody else wants to do. I finally got so burnt out that I asked to be cut down to 20-25 hours per week but they scheduled me for 30 hours. To rub salt in the wound, there’s a woman who I work with who works 20-25 hours, regularly calls out, always comes in 15-30 minutes late, and who called the night before this schedule period and said she can’t work any of her shifts. And they just allow it while working me to the bone.

I’ve been dealing with a condition since last fall that involves a sharp, prickly nerve pain that spreads all over the skin of my stomach, chest, and back. It seems to mostly be triggered by heat, as it starts whenever I get even a little overheated. However, it also happens randomly sometimes. I have no idea what’s causing this or what it is. I haven’t been able to find anything about this on the internet. I finally got a doctors appointment but it’s not until June 2nd. I’m so scared that I’m going to be stuck with whatever this is for the rest of my life.

My balls hurt. I think I might have accidentally sat on them. Anyone else know this feel?

I’m heading to a semi estranged family member’s wake and I have to get up early tomorrow morning to attend her funeral. I hate having to get all dressed up and having to make polite small talk with people I don’t even really like. I know I’m a shitty person, but it is what it is.

I’m experiencing major nigger fatigue. People on social media have managed to make the Chris Rock and Will Smith conflict - celebrity drama - about racial identity politics. I don’t even use traditional social media (Twitter, Instagram, etc.) But it doesn’t matter. If you’re browse the internet at all or watch any kind of major media, you’ll still come across it.

Why does there always have to be several active Schopenhauer and Nietzsche threads 24/7? Why can we only ever discuss the same handful of writers over and over again?

My sleep cycle has been completely fucked for the past month. I can’t sleep for more than four hours at a time. I think it might be my antidepressants.

I have so much nigger fatigue. I’m ready to move to Central Europe at this point.
