My ideal routine:
No more than 100mg caffeine a day (2-3 cups of green tea)
No coffee (too strong, disrupts focus and sleep schedule for me, this affecting overall mood and health negatively)
No alcohol (hard but being 1 month sober has been incredibly satisfying after the initial period, hardest for me to keep)
Maintain regular sleep schedule (also very difficult but doable)
Read a lot but also don't force it, sometimes when I just can't sit still I'll do something else creative or go exercise , I'll come back focused and refreshed
Be active socially, being a hermit is not good for psyche

Getting my high school gf to get an abortion was one of the worst things I've ever done. Not a day goes by where I don't think about it. What an atrocity to mankind to be freely able to perform abortions at will (barring medical reasons/coercion/incest.) It reflects the utter apathy and revulsion towards good temperance, modesty, and responsibility in sex.

Easier to explain my thoughts due to increased vocabulary and comprehension skills
Feel like my attention span got much better
Pure pleasure
Assuages fears of the unknown which become less unknown with more reading

The body and soul are two distinct entities. When you are deceased, your soul will concomitantly separate from your earthly body in some manner unbeknownst to us, and continue somewhere else. When I die, I know my soul will carry on elsewhere, therefore I won't deny myself a child just because of the worldly pains that fall incredibly short to everlasting eternity

I definitely sided with Hector more. He kept battling with all his strength although he knew he was up against a stronger foe as well as knowing that the mightiest of God's were opposing him. He loved his father and his country and was defending poor Paris' awful decision to seduce Helen.
