What are some exciting, easy to read, not too pleb and SHORT books?

I have realized that I have wasted thousands of hours online just consooming shallow garbage online and just acted like the stereotypical temrinally online zoomer (despite already being in my mid twenties). I have a constant brain fog, I'm out of shape and can't get past a few paragraphs without reaching out for my smartphone

Therefore I'm selling all my expensive premium consoomer toys like my ipad & iphone pro, PS5, steam deck ... etc.
And I'm getting a light phone and already ordered the onyx boox ereader. Also I installed cold turkey and the freedom plugin on my laptop/PC - enough is enough, I want my pre wifi attention span back (where I used to read more as a child)

What books should one read to undo having an imageboard brain?
