What's your opinion on this?

It's been making sense to me so far, that people enjoy life the most when in the present moment as stated in 'Flow' and that your thoughts are not 'you' and you don't have to identify with them. Up until the 'inner body' part. Now he's lost me.

What does /lit/ think of this?
I read some Buddhism books and it seems that this is the same, only better explained than most books about Buddhism.
Do you have any thoughts about this way of 'not' thinking, just being?
