>gonna take about 3 fantasy stories and mash them into one
>gonna literally rip off the structure of each and every chapter, will just rewrite it in my own words
>will change superficial stuff like names, places, non-important genders, biomes, themes (e.g.: medieval to ancient greek)
>will edit it into perfection
>will submit it to every major publishing house

Have already started, but will not hame the books I'm drawing from. 1 famous, 2 pretty obscure (hint: one of the guys likes to hill his characters).

Tell me what could possibly go wrong.

So I was writing a paper about how individual thought is a false concept and someone told me, "I disagree, because I can think for myself."

Is this a valid rebuttal? The essence of my paper was that all of our thoughts are ultimately influenced by factors that lie outside of our conscious awareness, be they genetic or environmental. A Christian wouldn't just spontaneously appear unless exposed to Christianity, and every artist basically rips off other artists styles to a certain degree, to which they are grouped in an entire movement.

So what do you think, /lit/? Spontaneous originality, or just the recombination of other ideas masquerading as the illusion of such?

Your posts make me rage so hard, Fab. Honestly, I just feel so frustrated that there is a chance that I have to see your posts when clicking "reply" on a thread. Can you just go away? And if you won't, would you reconsider typing awful posts as this one?
