>Or why you're so obsessed with reactionary writers and "tradition".
Because you haven't actually read them. You have no idea what writers like Guenon actually thought, you've just mentally associated them with /pol/ edginess because it's part of 4chan culture to do so (there are regular bait posts doing just that to discredit various writers). Guenon himself is far from being associated with racism or any vulgar glorification of violence. At best, you could argue Evola is, but even that is a vast simplification at best.

/lit/, how I can build a better prose? I've been writing creatively, but I found that my prose boils down to: Subject, adjective, adjective. It's a shit way of writing anything descriptive.

I read The Waves by Virgina Woolf, but It's still not sinking in. What makes a sentence more interesting than: "He felt like his blood was filled with sand, and every spidery vein in his body was driving him down. He embraced the swirling dark, and fell against the trunk."

Sometimes I read the most beautiful things in books, and instead of subconsciously absorbing the style, I mindlessly observe how creative and witty a single sentence can be.

Are there some exercises to build prose you guys do? Or other books I should read?
