I'm half-way through the second volume of In Search of Lost Time. I think it's pretty cool.

What does /lit/ think? Anyone else read it, or reading it?

I have a life.

This life contains three facts that are relevant to what I am about to ask you.

[1] I am nearing the end of Marcel Proust's In Search of Lost Time.

[2] We're supposed to do an assignment on a writer, novel or something like that and write about it.

[3] I want to troll the fuck out of my teacher.

From what angle should I analyze In Search of Lost Time? No matter what I think about doing, I feel the work kind of speaks for itself.

I hate to ask you to help me with my homework, but I'm allowing myself to do it because I think my plan is funny; but do you have any suggestions?

Like, how does Proust's alleged homosexuality impact the work? Or something like that?

Thank you in advance.
