Not once we discredit the very concept of "homosexuality" as something innate in people and anything other than a choice to engage in evolutionarily maladaptive sexual behavior. Same for "transgenderism", which will be just another unfortunate chapter in medical ethics textbooks. Basically these identities will fall out of style and be left behind, forever associated with the massive economic inequality, environmental degradation, and cultural/artistic sterility of the first half of the 21st century. I mean I don't think we'll be able to get rid of them entirely, but we can sufficiently marginalize them so only very few people ever consider them (kind of like what happened to Nazism or white supremacy). The future looks bright bros...
